I spent years navigating migraines, chronic pain, depression, and anxiety as result of a medical error from trying to treat my childhood trauma with conventional methods. I wanted to heal, not cope, and I almost gave up on ever feeling better. Then I met a woman at my grandmother's funeral who told me she used to be a doctor in Switzerland who healed people with food - kicking off a deep dive into natural healing.

That search for true wellness led me to The Institute for Integrative Nutrition, where I became a certified health coach. I didn’t enroll because I wanted a career. I enrolled because I needed answers. What I discovered was a new way of living—a way that reconnected me to my own power, intuition, and agency.

My professional roots are in marketing and sales. I got my start in newspaper advertising in the 90s, back when storytelling and connection—not algorithms—sold ideas and moved people. I learned early how branding shapes culture, how messaging influences behavior, and how powerful it is when humans feel seen.

I've always been an artist at heart and love to paint. I teach intuitive painting workshops around the world.

Those worlds—healing, art and communication—eventually collided.

I realized the future of wellness depends on visibility.

People can’t access alternatives if they don’t know they exist.
Healers can’t create impact if their work is buried under outdated strategies, misaligned branding, and digital overwhelm.

So I made it my mission to bridge the gap.

Today, I used my decades of marketing experience, my own healing journey, and deep training in identity, energetics, and transformational work to create Transformational Branding to help healers bring their businesses online with clarity, authority, and resonance.

I'm not just offering branding and creating websites, I'm building a worldwide ecosystem of people who are creating more healing, wholeness, and possibility in the world.
